Leadership
Preston Baldwin
Preston is President and CEO of Centerpoint360 with 30 years of in-depth public affairs and government relations experience. He is recognized as a leader in national and state image branding and positioning, strategic communications, crisis management, and issue advocacy to allow clients to more favorably align with policymakers and other key stakeholders.
Preston has served as trustee on several nonprofit boards including REACH PREP, Brunswick School, and is Past President of Benefactors Society Board at the University of Virginia. He serves on the University of Virginia College Foundation Board and is a Trustee to the Yale New Haven/Greenwich Hospital. Preston is also a founder and advisor to the Program for Emerging Political Leaders at UVA’s Darden School of Business Administration.
Preston received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and attended the McIntire School of Commerce Business Institute.
T.J. is Senior Vice President of Centerpoint360 with over 25 years of senior level experience in multi-state, federal, and local government relations, issue management, and corporate communications.
T.J. has been instrumental in developing and implementing successful communication/advocacy strategies to advance complex concepts and programs to all levels of government, the business community and the media.
T.J. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lawrence University and his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University. He studied international law in London, England as part of Notre Dame University Law School’s Concannon Program. T.J. served as chief of staff and legal counsel to two Majority Leaders in the Wisconsin State Assembly. He has served on the Board of Directors of the State Government Affairs Council and is active in his community supporting several non-profits.

Jennifer Kruper
Jen has 20+ years of experience working in integrated marketing with Centerpoint360 and Omnicom Group where she served on the executive team of an integrated marketing agency. Jen has led multiple cross functional teams in the development of integrated marketing initiatives and public affairs for clients in highly regulated Industries. She has in depth experience in all management aspects of campaign organization, strategic planning and work stream development.
A graduate of Binghamton University, Jen is active in her community where she currently serves on the Board of At Home in Greenwich, an aging in place organization, and chairs their marketing committee, consults with various other organizations including Meals on Wheels and is a member of the Medical Reserve Corp.
